When selecting candidates for interview we use a scoring matrix based on the person specification for the position. You should ensure that your application addresses all areas of the person specification to help the recruitment team see the evidence that you meet each descriptor.
It is essential that you fill in the application form in full - if you cannot provide a response, please outline the reason for this in the box or in your personal statement. This is important in order to ensure that we are able to comply with safer recruitment practices.
